I gotta say, the value for money at Common Leys Farm was fantastic! The room was absolutely gorgeous, with a unique copper bathtub and a cozy wood and deer horn interior. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside, and the staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful.
The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement, maybe some more variety of options would be great.

We recently had a fantastic stay at a charming farm accommodation in a peaceful setting. The property had a homely and quirky feel, making our stay unique and enjoyable. The hosts were welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We particularly loved the delicious dinner made from fresh farm produce. The beautiful surroundings added to the relaxing atmosphere. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.
One small drawback was the lack of breakfast options before 8am, which was a bit inconvenient for business travelers like us. Additionally, the roads around the area were in poor condition, although this was beyond the control of the farm.

We had a wonderful stay at Common Leys Farm. The room was warm and welcoming, with all the necessary facilities. The bar and lounge areas were comfortable, with lovely fires burning. The property had a quirky charm, with a roll top bath in the lounge. The setting was lovely and the dining room and lounge were both quirky and good. The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions. The room was spotlessly clean and the hot shower had plenty of water. We look forward to staying again.
We do recommend this hotel.

Lovely boutique room with impeccable views and surroundings. All amenities available including a huge claw foot bath with hot water. Warm, cozy, and perfect for escaping the British weather. Diane and Joe were welcoming and arranged professional cab service. Outstanding property, best I've stayed in the UK.
Nothing, all great.

As young people, we loved the cozy and tastefully converted cart shed accommodation. the spacious room had a very comfortable bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. the shower room had nice large towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We enjoyed the peaceful surrounding area, with lots of pheasants and red kites to observe. the nearby towns had fascinating old houses and charming pubs.
Felt snug, no complaints.

The setting was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful countryside. It offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. the attention to detail in the furnishings was impressive, creating a cozy and welcoming ambiance. I also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the water provided in the fridge, a thoughtful touch.
There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the thin doors in the rooms made it difficult to get a good night's sleep as I could hear every noise and conversation happening in the house.

The quirky decor and the beautifully renovated house and gardens were definitely the highlights of our stay. We loved the charming and unique design of the property, which added a lot of character to our experience. the location was also key, as it offered a peaceful and quiet environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the staff were pleasant and informative, providing us with helpful information about the area.
There were a few aspects that we did not enjoy during our stay. the service at breakfast was a bit of a shambles.

An outstanding place, quirky, fun, great food, amazing rooms! Never stayed in a place like it! You have no idea what it will be like when you pull up. the restaurant offers wonderful home-reared meats and the flexibility of dining timings. the personal touch and quality in the decor is evident, it's more like the Crazy Bear in Beaconsfield than a dodgy B&B.
Only issue was a lot of flies in the bedroom and bathroom. Pillows were very hard and the hot water situation was difficult in some lodges.
